Acceptable use

Nostalgija is provided for creating map animation videos for personal, educational, and commercial use. You may not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, or to generate content that infringes on the rights of others.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Export credits

New accounts receive 50 free export credits. Each video export consumes 1 credit. Credits do not expire. Additional credits will be available for purchase when credit packs launch.

Your content

You retain ownership of all videos you create with Nostalgija. We do not claim any rights to your exported content. Map data is provided by third-party tile providers under their respective licenses.

Limitation of liability

Nostalgija is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nostalgija after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
